As Longborough Capital plc intends to seek an OFEX listing, it is not required to comply with the Combined Code on the Principles of Good Governance and the Code of Best Practice (the ‘Combined Code’). However, we are committed to the highest standards of governance and intend to comply with the Combined Code as far as is possible in terms of our size, global reach and our company’s development. We have adopted a share-dealing code for directors and senior executives on the same terms as the Moral Code appended to the Listings Rules of the UKLA.
